OISC migration services are a type of immigration advice and assistance that are regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC). OISC migration services can help individuals and businesses with various immigration matters.
Which is why at Mojatu Foundation, we provide a weekly law clinic every Thursday free of charge for the public.
The clinic is aimed at providing the community of Nottingham and the surrounding locations with free advice and assistance in a number of areas of law, including immigration and citizenship law, family law, employment, and business law among others, providing a wider access to justice to refugees, Asylum Seekers and the disadvantaged. However, for emergency and urgent legal problems telephone consultations can be booked throughout the week.
Members of the public can book appointments through email by contacting Peter Makossah via a centralised email, firstname.lastname@example.org or walk in at Mojatu Foundation offices, Howitt Building, Lenton Boulevard, NG7 2BY, whose offices are located at Marcus Garvey Centre, along Boulevard Road in Lenton, Nottingham.
The law clinic is run by lawyer Peter Makossah, who is based in Nottingham.
Our Law Clinic also offers emotional support and counsel to the clients attending courts. It also offers support to Litigants-in-Person in Family Law matters at the Family Court at Nottingham and if a client is representing themselves in Family Law matter. Furthermore, our lawyers will attend court with their clients, take notes, and following the hearing, and later discuss the outcome of the hearing with them so they understand what is going on with their case.
